why can't "Christian art...wrestle truth to the ground"?

Lots of good lines in these three minutes (and the whole interview is here), but what hit me here is
the need for "Christian art"  that's honest and "wrestles truth to the ground."
The first minutes is  kinder, gentler. less sarcastic  version of  what he said to the New York Times  (see God at the 9" Nails Gig).  He knows his audience..
