U2: "thank You for the unanswered question"

In the gear up towards the (hopefully) fall release  of the new U2 album, probably NOT  to be called "Ten Reasons to Exist" fans are anticipating the usual leaked clips, and reposting old ones as if new ones.  I never noticed this one(click for audio) from  a batch of 2006 leaks   It's a version of the song Daniel Lanois once sang on TV and Bono snipepted to Brian Williams  (here).  Bono often says all their songs "can be turned into prayer," but it's sometimes startling to find one that doesn't need  turning (especially in the Lanois version (words included in above link)>

I haven't spent enough time deciphiring, but "Then we will know as we shall be known"  at 2:16ff  sounds like a riff on  1 Corinthians 13:12's  "then I shall know, just as I have been known."
